Flaps (Lubek) near Kamenyets

I am looking for information about the early settlement Splints (Lubek) between Kamenyets, Księży and Forest (also colonies Freidorf). Information on the German Wikipedia has defined its beginning at the end of the eighteenth century (which would indicate colonization fryderycjańską).

However, studying the parish records (parish Kamieniec and Karchowice) came to the conclusion, that had formed over 100 years earlier – after or during the Thirty Years War.
I am most interested information, where settlers could come to this village?
