Administratorthe fact is , that three people from our GTG already researched their DNA. It turns out, however,, that each of the three has a little different experience. Do not we say in the matter, because our knowledge is still too small, and genealogical forums are plenty of threads devoted to the subject of separate DNA tests. Arthur but I think, that will be something you can do about our meeting. In fact, I strive to be on one meeting a certain person made us a separate lecture on the subject (and maybe even a few people). We'll see what comes out. At the moment I can say, me enough basic package. Next I examine their DNA , but do not increase the number of markers, just I analyze a little different angle. It is much cheaper solution and in my case I gain knowledge which at this moment is quite sufficient. It sounds a little bit mysterious, but if you manage to speak at a meeting of the three of us to think, you will know where to start.

UserHello,
Because I do not have the possibility to participate in meetings of the Society (distance), this can could you after your interview on DNA testing briefly summarize it later on this forum? Conclusions can be so versatile, and that others be useful
Thank you,
Piotr Kaszyca

UserThank you very much for new voices in the subject.
Mr. Michael
– regarding the etymology of the name, I can throw in two clues:
1. At work “The names of the Poles…” K. Rymut indicates tropes: porridge (obvious :)), and odimienne: Kanimir, Catherine and Kazimierz
2. possible link with the name Kaszyński, which appears in the records of Wielkopolska in the sixteenth century, with possible references to the thirteenth century. Russia.
Topic described on page Wielkopolski Geological Society – http://wtg-gniazdo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1013Regards,

UserDamian Thank you for your response.
In the etymology of the names Kaczyce (Kaszyca), take a look at:
Rospond Stanisław, The names of the Silesian, Silesian Institute in Opole, National Plant them. Institute in Wroclaw, Opole 1960
Rospond Stanisław, Etymological dictionary of geographical names Silesia, 1970
Rospond Stanisław, Dictionary names Silesian, cz. 2, National Plant them. Ossolińskich, Wroclaw – Warsaw – Cracow 1967 – 1973Artur

UserMr. Michael,
kindly I report, I did have a DNA test and my results are in the service FamilyTree DNA. I sent a request to join me to run there in UK, Cyprus GTG project Silesia. The covenant of the LORD to do the tests? It would be fun to compare the results.

UserSir,
Pisał Pan o parafii Włosienica. czy ma Pan dostęp do ksiąg chrztów i slubów z lat 1790-1805. Szukam mojej rodziny Majewskich, którzy pojawili się w Przeciszowie w latach 1803-1805.
