@ Piotr, i am sure his wife were catholish so i think he were too. Yesterday, I have received a message from Archiwum Państwowe w Katowicach because my mother said me she remembered having hear Katowice by her mum. And near Katowice, there were a city called Janow (around year 1902) that is now integrated in Katowice as a district. Here is their message : Archiwum Państwowe w Katowicach informuje, że w wyniku kwerendy przeprowadzonej w zespole akt 12/2627 Urząd Stanu Cywilnego w Mysłowicach-Zamku 1874-1922 został odnaleziony akt urodzenia Edwarda Dluczik z 1902 roku. If i don’t make mistake, they tell me they have find the act of my great-grand-father !!!! So nice !!! I have paid this organisation as they could send me the act. Now waiting … Hope this would be the good one ! Thanks to you
