I have a couple of additons/changes (in italics):

MICHALSKI, MICHALSKY, MICHNA Stare Tarnowice, Tarnowskie Góry, Radzionków, Rudne Piekary, Rybna
WILK Radzionków, Rybna, Hanusek
In particular, I found out that my direct ancestor Felix MICHALSKI died in Rybna and that his widow Johanna WILK married a LYSCHIK and died in Hanusek.
