I don’t know of any other way to contact you, so I’ll write here:
I have recently received my grandmother’s DNA test results and as a result connected to an American who has the Wilk surname in her family tree. While it is possible that we are related through another branch, I just want to say that it is possible that Matheusz Wilk was from Kochlowitz (Kochłowice) or that one of his brothers moved to Kochłowice, as the American’s Wilks are from there. The surname is also quite common there. Again, there are no churchbooks online that could be used to confirm one of the two theories, but I just want to put this out there.
