Here is the info i found:
1. Tworkow – https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/306728?availability=Family%20History%20Library – please contact admin@worwag.pl for access to these records (small fee)
2. Olsa (Olza) belonged to parish Gross Gorschutz (Gorzyce) and these are only found in Katowice diocese archives – contact here wojciech.schaeffer@katowicka.pl
3. Kornowac – belonged to parish Pogrzebin (Pogrzebien) and for this time period books are unfortunately only found in local parish. Maybe you can write them – pogrzebien@katowicka.pl
4. Baths – ?? Unfortunately i dont know which location you’re talking about, maybe you can precise?
5. Krostoszowice – belonged after 1856 to parish Skrzischow (Skrzyszow) and all books from that place unfortunately are still in parish. Email is tatarczykw@poczta.onet.pl
Before 1856 it belonged to parish Mschana (Mszana) and these are found in diocese archives in Katowice, same as Olsa.
