It happened in the city of Siewierz on the 20th of January 1839 at 4 p.m., that Xawery Piotrowski, a musician 36 years old, resident in Siewierz, appeared here in the presence of Franciszek Kwoka, a clothier 37 years old, resident in Siewierz and Józef Rutkowski, a sacristan 32 years old, resident in Siewierz, and showed us a female child born in Siewierz on 17th of the current month at 3 a.m. in the house number 113, by his spouse Antonina nee Kochańska, 29 years old. At baptism carried out today by the local vicar Leon Dudkiewicz, the child was given the name Antonina Xavera. Franciszek Kwoka, mentioned above and Katarzyna Waręska (?) were the godparents. This certificate was read to the appeared ones and the witnesses and it was signed up by them.
