    Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am looking for a court ruling for my mother, The Am 14. August 1904 or 1907 or 1909 has been passed. Unfortunately, the year cannot be read precisely. On the attached file you can see the extract from the birth certificate, which was noted, that my great -grandfather was revoked the title of Noss. We would only like to know why and therefore try to find the corresponding judgment. It would also be a great help, If someone read the text correctly and “translate” could, Since we are not exactly sure, What is there.

    Thank you for any help!

    Best regards,
    Paul Janßen

    Hello,

I don't think it is understood here, but an official order, which you will certainly no longer find today.

I have indexed a lot in Königshütte and often stumbled across the name of Noß. So you should all entries to from NOSS / Noss search out at Geneteka and look, What was in the edge notes. As far as I can remember, stood there somewhere, that the nobility was wrong and never had a nobility.

There was a Johann Josef Noss, State Advocat in Moravia, dem 1720 The Bohemian nobility and the addition of Nossberg was approved, 1727 The knighthood (so it was not called from Noß, but Noss von Nossberg. But this can be an equal name, not necessarily for direct relatives.

    LG,
    Michael
