Hello and good morning,
I am a new member of this forum and I would like to introduce myself firstly. My name is Andreas Parusel, born in 1969 near Schweinfurt in Franconia (well, formally part of Bavaria) and during my studies of chemistry I moved 20 years ago to Vienna, Austria – where I now live in a small village outside of the city working for an international Consulting company in the Finance department.
My grand-grandfather was still born in Rybna … when and why he later-on moved to Berlin (and my grandparents then moved after WWII from Berlin to Schweinfurt) seems to remain an unknown fact. Unfortunately no-one of my relatives is still alive to tell me more about it.
I was extremely (positively) surprised when I discovered that my family name „Parusel” was … and still is … a common name in the area of Tarnowskie Gory and I would love to meet distant relatives that I might discover… after all, my grand-grandfather had 12 siblings!
Here is the list of all surnames of my direct ancestors that I am aware of:
Banas/Banys/Bannasch/Banys, Bloh, Dzinbosionka, Giemulla, Kaliga, Ledwon, Lukasch, Miękusz, Hatlapa, Kaliga, Parusel, Poziemski, Schwed
And here is a „split” to the villages where they are coming from:
Stare Tarnowice/Alt Tarnowitz (Rybna, Opatowice)
Banas/Banys/Bannasch/Banys, Dzinbosionka, Giemulla, Miękusz, Hatlapa, Kaliga, Parusel, Schwed
Zbrosławice /Broslawitz (Miedar)
Giemulla, Kaliga, Lukasch, Ledwon
Kozlowa Góra/Ziegenberg
Dzinbosionka
I am looking forward to any feedback – and it is a pleasure for me to now be part of this community.
