UżytkownikHello Adam,
you are correct, I put the wrong death date. He died in 1832, not 1844.

UżytkownikWitam,
Morawietz, Maliglowka and Przybylok are quite common names in the area west of Tarnowskie Góry (parishes of Stare Tarnowice and Strzybnica – USC districts of Stare Tarnowice and Piaseczna). However, I haven’t connected these names to my family tree yet.
Either way, before 1887, Rybna was part of the parish of Stare Tarnowice; after that, it belonged to the newly-founded parish of Strzybnica. For both parishes, records can be found online.
http://www.christoph-www.de/kbsilesia2.html
The USC recording Rybna events was the USC Piaseczna. The area is also well-indexed: indexes exist for the marriages at the two aforementioned USCs and parts of the marriages, births and deaths of the parish of Stare Tarnowice.
Please see my map for an overview of existing indexes that you could search:

UżytkownikHello Adam,
that’s great news! 🙂 Then we are cousins in the 6th degree – Johanna Wilk, daughter of Mateusz Wilk alias Reder and Katarzyna Oleś, is my 4xgreat-grandmother.
I cannot tell you anything substantial about my Michalski connection in Radzionków – Felix Michalski (* around 1805) got married to Johanna Wilk (*1814 in Radzionków) there on 14 January 1833, but I don’t know where he was born and if he is related to the Radzionków Michalskis at all.
Do you have any data on Mateusz Wilk and Katarzyna Oleś? I have no records for them. If you want any records pertaining to Johanna Wilk or her descendants, let me know 🙂
Also, I’d be very happy if you could send me any records you have from before 1800, as I only have access to the duplicates of the churchbooks.Greetings from Sweden,
MichaelWeltenwanderer
